add custom visualize bullshit.

- LEDs reflect layer for the most part. the custom RESET layer i added
  doesn't work because I don't know the specific layer signal(?) to
  reference in visualizer.c
- make sure you add the idiot rules.mk or whatever. that's important.
- only have master side working; slave side isn't getting proper
  update for some reason.
