josiah c3f7492575 Create .weechat-linux. 
- linux/macos are different enough that you can't sync 1-1.
- creating two separate syncing directories for now.

- its a garbage practice but at least its backedup for now.

2019-07-23 21:11:00 &slavi amarquez80: you can tell the postgres container to expose its port. I don't have a computer now, so I can't tell you exactly how. Feel free to read the defaults.yml file in the matrix-postgres file though.

Then I will try to turn that on a playbook, and if it works I'd like to contribute it back. I'm working with @linus:matrix.neurotecherslan.party on this project
