this is the non-modified docker-compose.yml file that runs this gitea instance.

use port 222 to git clone via ssh.

## things to fix:
- [ ] figure out how to move from port 222 to port 22
- [ ] fix root hostname definition so that http cloning / pushing works
- [ ] update some of the passwords to be not dumb
